Where to buy
All Vilwood products are sold exclusively through our Etsy shop. Orders, payments, shipping and returns are governed by the policies shown on each Etsy listing and by Etsy's own terms and purchase protection programme.
Shipping
Pieces are made to order in our workshop and shipped worldwide with tracking. Processing times and delivery estimates for your country are displayed on the listing before you check out. Import duties, where applicable, are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise on the listing.
Returns & damage
Return eligibility and time limits are set out in the shop policies on Etsy. If an item arrives damaged, message us through Etsy with photos as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement panel or unit.
Natural materials
Birch plywood and solid beech are natural materials: grain and colour vary from piece to piece and are not considered defects. Cushions, beds and props shown in photos are not included unless the listing says so.
